Chiwetel Ejiofor wins best actor for 12 Years a Slave at the BAFTAs + Full winners list

Finally! After all the Best Actor nominations for his role in Steve McQueen’s slavery drama 12 Years a Slave, Chiwetel Ejiofor has finally won one award. He won Best Actor at the 2014 BAFTAs which held this evening, beating Tom Hanks, Leonardo DiCaprio, Christian Bale and Bruce Dern. Pictured above at the award tonight with his model girlfriend, Sari Mercer. Big congrats to him.
