To help promote the release of her latest album, “Artpop". Lady Gaga drew fans and journalists to an abandoned warehouse in the Brooklyn Navy Yard to watch her take flight in her creation.
The dress is more like a flying machine or hovercraft outfitted with the silhouette of a female body. I like that she's always trying to do the extraordinary instead of the norm.
