Cyrus has cemented her reputation as the bad girl of pop as she
strutted her stuff in a pair of monochrome chequered thigh-high boots, a
plunging halter neck top... and very little else at 2013 MTV Europe
Awards on Sunday November 20th. It was very much a case of all eyes on
her as the 20-year-old opened the show dressed in silver spandex,
smoking a suspicious roll up. She clinched the Best Video for her
