Kim Kardashian’s ex husband, Kris Humphries reportedly made a half-million dollar profit from the engagement ring he gave to Kim which was sold for $620,000 yesterday October 15th at a Christie's auction in NYC. Radar Online gathered that Kris Humphries only doled $250,000 for the engagement ring before he proposed to the reality star while Kim completed the amount for the ring valued at $2million. A source close to Kris tells Radar:

intends on donating a portion of proceeds to charity, including his own
that benefits children. He isn’t revealing how much he is planning on
donating — yet.
